oxygen tablets are activated in the first step of our treatment with a customized cleanser based on your skin needs to give a thorough, oxygenating and detoxifying cleanse.
your skin expert will then choose from a variety of different base gels. this is the foundation with which we blend our actives and concentrates into. our hyaluronic acid base gel is a naturally occurring humectant and binds over one thousand times its own weight in water. as we age, the production of hyaluronic acid decreases, increasing fine lines and dehydration. our tea tree base gel is made up of skin soothing ingredients that have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, perfect for treating any bacterial, fungal and viral infections. our probiotic base gel has bifida yeast lysate which promotes healing the skin's natural microbiome, allowing for repair and the prevention of skin damage.
next, your skin therapist will choose a powder active to aid with key skin concerns. kaolin, rich in minerals that help to detox the skin. calamine, made up of zinc + iron oxide to soothe and protect with zinc being an antiseptic. niacinamide, a water-soluble vitamin that corrects and strengthens barrier function while improving skin texture and inhibiting harmful cytokines. hydrolyzed collagen, deeply moisturizing to improve the appearance of wrinkles and any laxity of the skin. finally, tranexamic acid, able to interrupt multiple pathways associated with an excess of melanin production to improve signs of hyperpigmentation.
